Travel to the Present

As beautiful as the year 2021 sounds, we’re still in a global pandemic, causing people to stay distances from others. Out of nowhere, a time traveler from the future hits San Francisco, looks at his watch, and checks the year. He meets along his journey through the city and explores different buildings while the adventure awaits for him.

This semester in Game Code Design students worked on portraying themes of mental wellbeing and exploration by developing a simple 2D side scroller game set in San Francisco. As their player will move through the city, they’ll stop to engage in playful dialogue with other characters.
